Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or hiring Done & Dusted Handyman, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

Done & Dusted Handyman provides general handyman services, repairs, and home maintenance. Specific scopes of work are agreed upon verbally, in writing, or via estimate prior to work being performed.

Estimates & Pricing

Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change if job conditions differ.

Additional work outside the agreed scope will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointment times are scheduled in good faith.

We request notice for cancellations or rescheduling whenever possible.

Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a service fee.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide safe access to the work area

Disclose known issues that could affect the job

Secure pets and valuables prior to service

Warranty & Liability

We stand behind our workmanship; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing issues, hidden conditions, or manufacturer defects.

Done & Dusted Handyman is not liable for damages caused by materials supplied by the client unless otherwise agreed.

Property Damage

We take care to protect your property. Any concerns must be reported immediately so they can be addressed promptly.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Done & Dusted Handyman shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
